MEET LORI STENSHOEL
I believe that truly being of service to the people in my life means showing up for them in a way that inspires and supports. My clients and colleagues can expect that I will bring good energy and enthusiasm, experience, and exceptional communication. Fostering a sense of cooperation and goodwill can bring about the best possible outcome.
As a native Oregonian, third generation Real Estate Broker, and graduate of the University of Oregon, I understand there is a lifestyle here like no other. The physical beauty of the region plus the cultural and recreational opportunities bring people of various backgrounds together. I am fortunate to be able to offer a broad spectrum of real estate experience and enjoy working with a diverse client base.
As a result of over 28 years selling real estate in Lane County, I have built some great real estate relationships through involvement in state and local REALTOR® association leadership. I currently serve as Eugene Realtors Director and Past President, and Director for both Oregon and National Association of Realtors. This all leads to better cooperation and trust with other brokers that we may need to collaborate with. My clients should be expertly represented and cared for in the process.
THIRD GENERATION REALTOR
While my first lisping words weren't "escrow" or "earnest money," I grew up surrounded by real estate conversations between my Dad and Grandpa. My Grandpa started out in The Dalles, owning Bonn Groceries before moving into real estate. He fondly recalls handshake deals and agreements scratched out on napkins—how times have changed! Both spent their careers as commercial brokers in the Portland area.
What they truly instilled in me was the importance of treating people well. Letting others know they were appreciated was key. They were always quick with a smile, a silly joke, or a helping hand. These are the traits I strive to carry forward in my own practice.

LORI CARES ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
2022 Eugene REALTOR® of the Year
"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about." — Margaret J. Wheatley
I have always believed that by helping others, we strengthen our communities and ourselves. This belief is particularly significant today, with skyrocketing housing costs affecting our neighbors in need. Over the past few years, I've had many opportunities to get involved and make a difference. I have served on Lane County's Homelessness and Poverty Committee and raised funds and awareness for organizations such as Hybrid's Alder House, Community Supported Shelters, Food for Lane County, Habitat for Humanity, The REALTOR® Relief Fund, The Oregon Home Foundation, Square One Villages, and more. This work inspires me deeply, and I am proud that many of my top colleagues in the industry share this commitment. Together, we have achieved exceptional advocacy work. Hybrid Real Estate exemplifies leadership in fostering a healthy community. Everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
